NC Association of County Clerks MMC Academy and Spring Annual Conference

The Annual Spring Conference and MMC Academy for the NC Association of County Clerks is March 25-27, 2020, at the Great Wolf Lodge in Cabarrus County. This year we are excited to announce that online registration and payment is available through the NCACC event registration website

The MMC Advanced Academies are presented by the UNC School of Government. The School is the International Institute of Municipal Clerks' approved provider of educational programs for clerks in North Carolina.

Clerks who successfully complete MMC Advanced Academy I will be eligible for 3.00 MMC/CMC points and 6.0 credit hours toward recertification as an NCCCC or, if applicable, certification or recertification as an NCMCC. Clerks who successfully complete MMC Advanced Academy II will be eligible for 3.5 MMC/CMC points and 7 credit hours towards recertification as an NCCCC or, if applicable, certification or recertification as an NCMCC. Partial credit is not available for either Academy.

Room Reservations

Please try to make your reservations by Monday, February 24 (the last day the room block is reserved). The nightly rate is $75.10 plus taxes/fees for no water park access and $109.99 plus taxes/fees for room plus 6 water park bands for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The rate goes up to $169 plus taxes/fees if you would like to stay Friday night.
