Webinar: OSHA Requirements Update

OSHA requires all employers maintain an annual log of workplace related injuries and illnesses, and to post the summary of these injuries for employees to see. In addition to this requirement, there are other requirements for reporting injury and illness data to other federal and state agencies, to include new electronic reporting requirements for certain employers. These various requirements can cause confusion for counties, so NCACC Risk Management will host a webinar to clarify how it impacts counties and what counties need to do to comply with the annual reporting requirement.
